Add ½ cup of Olympic Quick Oats to ⅔ cup of skim milk or ¾ cup of water in a large microwave-safe bowl (allowing for the mixture to swell and rise when cooking.
Cook on HIGH for 1½ minutes, then stop and stir.
Then cook on high for 1 minute more.
Serve the hot porridge into bowls and add your favourite toppings for a delicious and wholesome breakfast.
