2 1/4 cups of Olympic Honey Toasted Muesli
1 1/2 cups of milk (vegetarians: substitute almond milk)
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit and nuts.
Olympic dried apricots, almonds and walnuts of course!
1 apple – grated
1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg (vegetarians: substitute ½ mashed banana)
Preheat oven to 190 C
Combine muesli and milk in a bowl and leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
Roughly cut dried fruit and nuts into small pieces
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined
